I used David's Bridal for my bridesmaid dresses for my June 2016 wedding. I had trouble getting through the door because we had not made an appointment. I didn't realize if you weren't wedding dress shopping you still had to have an appointment. Definitely call ahead and make an appointment even if you are trying to just look around. We ended up sticking around and doing our shopping anyway. All my girls picked out their dresses, paid and we had no issues with getting them in on time. Although we did our shopping about 8 months early. Everything came in correctly as ordered. All in all, I would recommend them.

WOW! what a lovely experience . My Daughter knew exactly what dress she wanted , our consultant pulled the dress that she requested and also selected a few more along the same style to try on as well for comparison ( to avoid the " one and done" regret . Our Consultant was Justin David ! he is the best ever ! he made this experience so memorable and his positive attitude and ability to listen to the Bride's wishes over all of the other voices that were chiming in made this a successful experience . He was very patient , complimentary and accommodating - and made it very fun ! I would recommend that if you are in need of a bridal gown , bridesmaids dresses , prom dress , special occasion dress of mother of the bride dress - make an appointment with Justin David at the Ambassador Caffery location in Lafayette . We drove from Baton Rouge just to have him consult us !

We have been wedding dress shopping for ever when we should have just came here :) it was truly the best experience we could ask for !!!

I was having my wedding dress made and it didn't turn out like I wanted, so I ended going to David's Bridal very late in the game. I had to buy a dress off the rack, but they were fantastic. I described what I wanted to the consultant and she found a dress for me. It was beautiful and absolutely perfect. They had to let it out and make alterations and their seamstress, Mrs. Rosa, was WONDERFUL! The consultant found the perfect dress and Mrs. Rosa made it perfect for ME. I also got my veil there and one of the girls was very helpful there, too. All in all, the service was wonderful, my dress was beautiful and I would recommend this store to anyone. Also, everyone at the wedding kept complimenting on my dress and everyone thought it was really expensive!
