Hands down the driver I had was a cool and smart guy. The conversation we had was so intellegent and interesting that the ride from Lafayette General to my home in Sunset felt like a short moment in time. The price was so reasonable I couldn't believe it. If I could have a wish it would be to either have him as a personal driver or take a trip with him at least once or twice a week...and leave my Volvo estate wagon at home!

Clean cabs with drivers that know the area

we should be able to have no stars, they are the most rude and unprofessional business I have every come across. They hang up on you before you even get to finish all your info. they never tell you how long the wait is. they act like we are trash and we are here to service them. This is the only cab company in town and it needs to be closed down. they are unreliable. when you call to find out why the cab has not come they always say its waited for 10 min and no one came, that is a lie no one ever came. The people who take the calls are the worst they are so rude and disrespectful. They need to learn that our hard earned money is what is paying them and keeping them a job. without the community needing to get around they would be out of business.

They were very professional when I called and if need be I will use this cab company again...the drivers were also very professional..

Not even one star. Rude as all hell. Called for a cab she asked her question about where I am and where I'm going & hung up on me. Didn't even tell me how long the wait would be.

Seriously horrible experience. Waited forever the cab and called back when they never showed up. We were told that the cab waited for 10 minutes and nobody came out. This is an impossibility because we were watching out the window, waiting for cab. Called a second time when the cab never showed up and was hung up on. Use Uber!

Worst experience ever, this company sucks! Makes you want to flee and never return because it is the only cab in Lafayette they think they can treat people any kinda way.... O stars they are the WORST!

The lady that answered the phone has to be one of the most unprofessional operator I have ever spoken with. I really wish she would reevaluate her profession.

These are the rudest people I ever dealt with. i had a customer who was stranded on the interstate & before i could tell her whats going on she told me she had a call & hung up on me. i wouldnt give this company a dime of my money. The only reason i gave a star is because i had to.

They are the slowest cab company in the state and they don't even try to get you were you need to be on time

The drivers are nice and all, but mostly it's the women you talk to, to order the taxi. They are so rude and try say what ever they want over the cb to some drivers that do not need to be said in ANY work setting. I wish the buses ran on Sunday's and the night owl buses ran all the routes that the day buses do because Lafayette transit would put all these taxis, owned and ran with the same emplyees, out of business of their rudeness doesn't first.

Rate is ZERO!! They are lucky the bus doesn't run 24 hours. They are very rude. I will never call them again for another customer.

Needed a ride from my mechanic's. They showed up on time, stopped at the ATM for me, and brought me straight home. The driver was a nice, young man...very friendly. He also told me about their services since I don't take cabs often. He even waited until I got in my house. I would use them again.

They are so rude! Sometimes they will tell you that you have to call an hour before while other times they yell and tell you not to call until you are ready and waiting. This morning they showed up 15 minutes early then left when I was a couple of minutes later than the time I ordered the cab for. When calling back the dispatcher argued with me that the cabbie had called and there was no answer; I never received a call and was headed out to the cab. It then took another 30 minutes for them to come back!

This was the most horrid experience! The dispatcher was rude, but I let it slide because a job like that can't be all that glamorous. I called an hour before I needed to be at work because I was familiar with the drive time for that route so I had plenty of time to make it even with traffic. However, my cabbie picked up another customer without even asking if I was okay with it. I was livid. I remained calm because I figured I may receive a discount for the double cabbed ride I was taking. Hardly! The driver drove what seemed to be "all around the world" to get me to my destination! And what struck me most is my co-consumer had two stops to make and was still charged less. And do you think I got a discount for sharing a cab that almost caused me to be tardy!! EFF NO! I'm livid. And believe you me, I work at the airport where customers are constantly asking about cabs! You can be damn sure I WILL NOT refer them here and I WILL relay my experience to be sure I do THE MOST to make sure business declines.

Don't even call them! All they can do is to call you at 5 to say they're here while you asked a taxi for 5.30. Then they don't show up at all! They should pay for the ride they don't give!

I wish I could zero star this worthless cab company. Dont bother looking for another one though, all taxi companies in lafayette are owned by the same company. Today I waited at the airport, one shown up, I get in, get all buckled up.. and someone else gets in, he calls into dispatch with our addresses and boots me out because "someone else is comin for me" I had to wait a total of an hour and half... then I get a shared ride with some woman and her daughter... still pay the full inflated price of $15.75 because its from the airport. Someone needs to make a better taxi company and run this one into the ground!!!
