I agree with Leroy. He is more concerned about bill balances (that aren't even delinquent) than patient care. On a follow up visit after surviving Covid, I did not have my 98 year old aunt's credit card to pay her bill that we had received a few days before. I told them that I would come back that day or call in a card number. He insulted us by saying that if the payment wasn't received in 2 days, she would be discharged as his patient. Then he left the office to state the same consequences to her personal care attendant. (Isn't that a confidentiality issue?) There are too many other options for care.

After being seen by this guy, I made another appointment for 1 year later. And like every other normal person I missed the appointment. The office DID NOT send out a reminder. I spoke with the nurse and she told me they do NOT and WILL NOT send out reminders. This policy will not change.
I asked her why would they not send out a reminder for my appointment, but they do make sure to send out the $30 NO SHOW FEE letter. She had no answer, only stated the same policy.
So my health is not important, but that paycheck sure is.
After one week I get a letter in the mail telling me the Dr. will no longer be my doctor, to go find someone else.
So this jerk listened to my questions, heard my complaint, then kicked me out of his patient list.
Well, I have something to say about that:
"THIS GUY CAN GO POUND SALT".
DO NOT USE THIS GUY, HE WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVES AVERAGE MEDICAL ADVICE AT BEST.
