Pediatric Registered Dietitian Dylan Camardelle assists area children of all ages with healthy eating habits and proper nutrition for their specific body and healthcare needs. He is part of the growing team of specialists at the Our Lady of Lourdes Childrenâ??s Specialty Center caring for Acadianaâ??s families. After earning a bachelorâ??s degree in dietetics from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Camardelle completed a dietetics internship at Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in New Orleans. He served 7 years in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve as a mortuary affairs specialist and field service manager before working as a registered dietitian at healthcare facilities throughout Texas and Louisiana.
