EDS is the most mismanaged and unethical company I have every worked for. The “field” workers are their best asset, but the upper management and the hierarchy ties their hands in many situations. Multiple safety violations get covered up, IRS regulations are knowingly disregarded, they take every loop hole possible to underpay, or not pay their employees and vendors. I’m ashamed to have my name associated with this company, but I wish the best to all of the upright employees presently there.

Don't get hurt at work. Because you'll be paying your own medical bills.I thought it was just the weirton office. But after a convo with Chris in the Lafayette office. I see working is a thing they avoid at all cost. Anyone saying they are great , is probably just as doped up as the weirton office! ! Every company man I ever met hates EDS. Stay away! !!!!

This company is beyond horrible not only is it mismanaged a two yr old could literally run the business better, it works it's men into the ground to not be paid correctly you always have to check your checks because they short your hours, they make men without thier CDL liscsenes drive trucks they are Bot allowed to drive and would be impounded an ticketed if stopped!!!! This company is not an upstanding company I recommend finding a different one!
