First, this walk-in clinic is slower than anywhere I've ever been. Second, was in for SEVERE TMJ issues, explained I have taken ibuprofen and it wasn't helping, gave me more ibuprofen. And that's it. Third, and the worst, got called a "thing" by one of the nurses. She was refusing to give me a shot because "she didn't want to touch that thing".

Plus, only the receptionist was polite throughout the entire visit. The doctors and nurses didn't believe the pain I was in, severely judged me for where I work and my tattoos, and again, I was called a thing.

Never, ever going back. I highly recommend staying far from them. Do not go here at all. Minute med on Johnston is far better with nicer staff.

I have received care on several occasions and have been treated fairly quickly, only once did I have to wait an hour. But I have waited longer in Dr.s offices. The staff are professional but caring. On a couple of occasions, tHey have called and followed up on my care.

Plan on waiting several hours. Came here three times and always the same thing. Slooooowww!!! I'm done coming here. Lots more walk in clinics that don't ever take this long to see patients.
