Always pleased with their work. They get you in and out and if there is truly nothing wrong with your vehicle they will HONESTLY tell you there is nothing wrong. They do not look for things and lie to you to make you spend money. They are the most HONEST mechanics in Lafayette and they give you a FAIR price. Call around to other places and price compare...check for yourself... they have the best price and best work for the job. I have been taking my vehicles to them for 5 years and they are the best!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Not happy with service or work, sent my mothers vehicle there because it was running hot, they keep car for one day and said it was the engine block that was not filled correctly after i changed thermostat myself, CAR Runs Hot The NEXT DAY and leaking coolant after Bourque's Auto said it was fixed!! charged over $100 to put fluids in engine block. sent car back so he can fix the real problem, (tired to give them a chance to earn our business back) This time around he says its the radiator and its going to cost over $500 to fix. My mother ask him a few questions like how he didnt see that before? wondering if he knows for sure if its the radiator? what if he changes the radiator and its still runs hot, what else could it be? she cant afford to keep changing out parts and problem is still not fix.. He gets on phone and tells my mother "SHE CAN COME PICK UP HER CAR! HE DOES NOT WANT TO WORK ON IT!!" after it had been to his shop for 5 Days.. We paid and had the car towed there both times! $$ down the drain. HE REFUSED TO WORK ON CAR BECAUSE MY MOTHER ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT HIS WORK!! HE HAD UGLY WAYS OVER PHONE CONVERSATION! I WILL NEVER BRING ANY BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!! I ONLY PUT ONE STAR BECAUSE IT IS REQUIRED TO LEAVE POST, OTHER WISE THERE WOIULD BE ZERO STARS!!

Even though I go to different places for oil changes, and other misc accessories, if my car is not sounding right when I start it in the morning, the ONLY place I will call/go is to Bourque's. The knowlege and expertise this shop has is indescribable! They are better than a 5 star hotel.
