Going to this man was an absolute heart breaking nightmare to any mother with a child who has heart problems.

My son was 14 months old when I brought him here and the nurses were great, playing with him and full of smiles. Once their part was finished Guiterrez walked in seeming full of rage and despise for my child and me. I sat there with my baby on my lap as he examined him, and for a 14 month old my son did so well sitting still to be examined while playing with my hair clip. At one point my baby moved his arm causing his chest to move slightly. This motion made Guiterrez literally SNAP at me, he loudly scolded me telling me to "Try to keep him still!"

After the exam was over he stormed out and about 15 minutes later came, quickly told me what was wrong with my son seeming very agitated the entire time, then stormed back out without giving me the opportunity to ask any questions. The nurses had to write down my son's condition on a paper for me.

Now I drive to Alexandria to have him checked by an absolute God sent Pediatric Cardiologist who spends over an hour each examining him with cartoons on television for him to watch. I hope I prevent someone from making the mistake I made by going to Guiterrez and they go somewhere else. With such a sensitive matter that involves your child you should never settle!
