I brought my civic coupe to have the windows tinted. They did the front windows and did a great job at a great price super fast. The manager put my key behind the paper on his clipboard and thought he lost the key for about 30 minutes after it was done. We found it and then said he would strip the back tint free of charge for wasting half an hour! My back glass had REALLY bad bubbles and purple so I dropped it off the next week. They said that the tint guy had broken his wrist and that his cast pulled the plastic that was covering my rear speakers which made the water drip and ruin them (stock honda paper speakers). The owner/manager said that they were going to replace them at no cost. When I checked them later at home I realized they were relatively nice speakers at about $200 for the pair! I WILL go there again and buy front speakers to match. I wish more businesses were run this way these days.

I had an appointment to tint my windows. I was driving in from offshore and running late. I was late and they still took me they matched my tint on the front with the rear perfectly. They where super fast and the guys up front where answering all my questions about lift kits. I will be back and they will install my fabtech lift with 37" tires.

I'd have to disagree with the above rating of this business. I had an idea for custom door panels in my 87' Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme(sedan). I spoke to one of the technicians about the idea which consisted of adding wood and vinyl to my existing door panels to hide the Pioneer Premier 6x9's I placed in my doors. He really seemed to understand what I was talking about and came up with the idea of doubling the wood so the panel would detach from the speaker area instead of having to remove the whole door panel. I said okay because he said he wouldn't charge extra for it. He quoted me $300 just for the front two panels and said the rear door panels could be customized for $250. I understood it wasn't everyday that my idea is requested and with the $300 price tag I started to believe that I was going to receive great quality.



A week later I brought my car by the shop to receive my door panels. Well, the detaching idea the installer had didn't work. The fancy inserts used to attach the two pieces didn't hold up well so the alternative was velcro which didn't work either. Even with the defected panels the price tag didn't change and the technician didn't try to make good on the deal by constructing panels that didn't detach from the speaker area. To throw salt on the wound, the technician said it would now cost me over $250 to customize the rear panels. After that it seemed as if I was being brushed off so I took the loss and didn't argue about the bad job. I went elsewhere and had all four panels constructed precisely for $80.
