I read the only review about this place. I sure hope I have better luck. I will be calling them in the morning. I got a bill that is not even mine. it has mine name and address but it is not me. I have never been to a doctor named (Barry A. Bohn M.D.) in Lafayette, La, they are saying i owe $227.13. This is an eye doctor. First of all I would not drive to Lafayette to see an eye doctor when we have good ones here in our town. If I was going to see a specialist it would be someone out of Houston Tx. I would love to know how they got my name and address??? When I have never walked in their place of business before. I am so thankful that I have a lawyer already. I have had the same issue with my student loan. They kept saying I was behind on my payments. They were calling me up to 5 plus times a day. That is when I finally got ugly and got a lawyer. We are dealing with the email issues now. I get emails a least twice a week saying that I am in default of my loan. I have records of my payments not late one time. Believe me I watch and make sure that I am getting the credit for my payments, and not the person with my name and address. You could think that they could get this right after many and many phone calls. There is no way that we could have the same birthday date and social security number....Someone needs to get this straight they are saying that they are going to turn me in to the Credit Bureau. That will be there mistake. I will sue for 10 times the about plus damages to my credit. This is the first letter that I have received, saying they have been trying to collect. WELL FOLKS THEY HAVE THE WRONG PERSON. I can not wait to find out where they got my information. I sure hope that they got a picture ID. I know that I have to show mine at all doctors visits. Hopefully this will be resolved in the morning. I just read how rude these people are and that they hang up on you. Well I hope they do that to my lawyer if I can not clear up this matter.
