Provided by YP.comMy hubby took me and my Mom for a Valentine's Day treat. The waitress, Melissa ( I believe that was her name) came and took our orders. Mom and I ordered 3lbs of crayfish and hubby order a fried seafood platter. After an extended wait we finally received our COLD crayfish. At that time the waitress never addressed as to why hubby hadn't received his seafood platter. During this 45 minute wait for his food we witnessed several small families come in and receive their appetizers before he even got his food. The waitress never came back to check on us....we felt like we were being ignored. Finally, 45 minutes later when we made eye contact with her she came to our table and said the kitchen was backed up she was sorry. At this time my Mom and I were almost finished eating our crayfish. I told the waitress we were about ready to leave. The waitress cocked a very bad attitude. She came back to the table with a bowl of coleslaw and slammed it on the table in front of hubby. She returned a few minutes later with his food. He said his food was good but they had forgotten his grilled potatoes. We got her attention again and told her. She said that she didn't know what was going on in the kitchen but that she had to cook the potatoes. We never got the potatoes. I had gone to the ladies room and as I was going to the table my husband had the ticket and said we had to pay up front. I told the girls that I felt we needed some dollar amount taken off since my hubby didn't receive all of his food. The waitress was brought up front and said she would have to talk to the manager. I told her I would like to talk to the manager. She returns and says the manager said she is too BUSY to come up front and that they would take $1.00 off the price of the meal. I ended up writing a note on the back of the restaurant receipt copy. My waitress had left the area and I gave a $1.00 tip to the girl at the front counter. Service =HORRIBLE! I will NEVER return to this restaurant and I will NEVER suggest this restaurant to anyone. Also, while we leaving we talked to other customers that didn't have a pleasant experience. I just didn't feel the management or waitress cared!

Provided by YP.comWell we found crawfish. Waited till Mr Keet's opened and I must say it's the WORST $130 we have ever spent. Anyone who boils crawfish knows you must take out the dead ones before cooking. Hint for the cook: If it smells like it's been dead a week it should be thrown out and not cooked to ruin the good ones. The only good part of the $130 was the $16 tip we left the awesome waitress. She cared enough to continue asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything even after we handed her several crawfish that were black and rotten to take to the cook to show him. Seems even the owner who was in the building didn't seem to care about the quality of food being served. When we walk out with lost appetites and leaving the food behind, I can promise you we won't be returning.

Provided by YP.comdon't waste your money if you want boiled seafood. I paid 19.00 dollars for a pound of boiled shrimp that were not fresh. Must have been cooked from another day. I have lived in LA all my life and know fresh boiled seafood when I see it. Hubby did not want me to complain and the waitress did not cook it but I will never eat here again. Also, the corn which was 1.50 was ice cold. I could not peel the shrimp or eat it.
