They always seem to have the right car for me and the service is A+. That's all I need in a rental company.

Let me start by saying that the young lady who took care of me was great, at the LFT location! However, I have repeatedly been disappointed with National (as a whole). In my customer profile it says that I request a GPS system. 90% of the time there isn't a GPS available (especially at the smaller airports). This to me is unacceptable. I am often in a new town and unfamiliar with the area. A GPS is absolutely necessary. rarely does my phone GPS work. I am often left to use a map if its provided at the agency. I travel every week. it would be helpful to be given a "heads up" that a GPS will not be available upon my arrival. I am considering Hertz instead of National.
