Dry-aged beef: Rouse's is the only grocery store I've ever visited that sold dry-aged beef. The bone-in ribeye was only $10.99/lb. Also excellent selection of local and craft brews. Love these folks!

I'm very disappointed in the salad bar! It was good maybe once or twice and that was only when they first opened. I love the salad bar in Youngsville but Lafayette needs to take some lessons from the Youngsville store. Why isn't the salad bar consistent with each other? I love the salad bar in Youngsville where I live but I work in Lafayette. None of the salad sides are marked so you don't know what your eating. They don't have even close to the same items as youngsville has. I don't understand that! They don't refill the dishes so you have to settle for whatever else they have. It's just terrible! I figured today I would give them another try but they failed me. I'm done with the salad bar in Lafayette. Why doesn't management see this? Well I'm going back to Albertson's for their salad bar but I would love if Rouse's salad bar was the same as the one in Youngsville. 5 stars for the one in Youngsvile. None for the one in Lafayette.
