We had a great experience with these people. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My daughter found the perfect first NEW CAR...a beautiful Electrolyte Green Hyundai Accent. She loves it, and we got a good deal. I do recommend this business to friends. :) ***AMENDED REVIEW*** When we had a little problem during the very first week...we got the run-around, and never got the problem fixed. :( Disappointed.

Scam & Warranty No Good

I had my 2005 HYUNDAI ACCENT towed to Sterling HYUNDAI. When I phoned to inquire what was wrong with my car. The girl (Ashly) that answered in the service dept. said "you need a new motor but we'll give you $500 for the car. SCAM SCAM. I am the original owner, the car has70,000 miles, & is '05. So much for 10 year/100k mi. Warranty. They are trying to say the vehicle was. Not maintained (which is a lie). HYUNDAI AMERICA talks out of both sides of there mouth. I am now hiring a lawyer & reporting them to La. Attorney General & other law enforcement offices. This dealership is a total rip off. Do not use or buy from them at all.

LEMON LOT!!!!!!!

i traded in a car not even a year ago from them. told me they "inspected" my new vehicle. went back the next day saying the steering column wasnt working properly. they proceeded to tell me that it would be $350. i had JUST BOUGHT the car less than 24 hours ago! they wouldnt fix it. 1 month later i spent $400 on a brand new alternator. the CD player is broken, the left taillight cant be fixed by an outside company, spent another $400 on an intake leak, and now finally to top it all off, the car's TRANSMISSION is officially out. and i've had it a total of 8 whole months. so please, if you're looking to buy a car, don't go here. they also charged me the late fees for tax title and license even though it was mailed to my house on time. they knew they were selling me a lemon. now i'm contacting a lawyer to see what i can do about this car i bought.
