I came back to Target Optical because I had a great experience our first time there. When I came back this year for our annual exam, there was a totally different staff. At first I was concerned, but decided to keep my exam and possibly get glasses. The doctor was the same and he was great, but the service people were rude, unhelpful, and it felt as if I was bothering them. I took my prrscription and decided to go somewhere else. I will not return to Target Optical.

The doctor was really great, also the person who waited on us was really great. However, when I came back for my son's follow visit and then tried to get his contacts, the manager of the store Tina was very incompetent and unprofessional. It has been four days now and my son still has no contacts. There was a computer glitch and Tina the manager insisted that there was nothing she could do and refused to escalate it to her boss. My insurance company did there part. I advised the store manager that it was an IT issue and that since my insurance company gave her an authorization code there should be a work around to get my son's contacts . She would just need to contact the support group for thier computer system. The manager didn't beleive me. It took my isurance people telling her the same thing four times before she would contact her IT department. She still has not called me back. My son has no contacts. I will never do business there as long as she works there. As a manager you should never be unprofessional, show attitude to the customer and the insurance co and assist that you are right. As a manager you have to always think outside of the box and remain professional at all times. Create a good customer service experience.

I love this store. In the grocery section, they have all the specialty items that Walmart stop carring. Target doesn't force you to buy thier brands unlike Walmart. The customer service is way better than Walmart. Target is a very clean store and always has lots of variety to choose from. My only complaint is that I wish they would lower thier prices, but I gues you get what you pay for.

I like the merchandise at the lafayette target and thought the Christmas decorating selection was excellent

This is my favorite store. Much better than the competition and I hardly ever have to wait in line.

Love to shop here...always find good bargains...great quality clothes everyday!

On my last visit I actually had a Target associate approach me and ask me if I needed help finding anything? Wow...what a nice change.
