We ordered our Fleetwood mobile home in July, 2015, after a tree fell on our Clayton, it was delivered in September. It is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. We bought a Fleetwood because we had heard how great the quality was. The local Fleetwood dealer was great. Our mobile home was delivered with many issues most of them small, but still issues that quality control should have taken care of before delivery. We ordered shutters for the back side. They were not on the mobile home when delivered. 3 months later most of them were delivered. 6 months later the final 2 were delivered, with no screws for mounting them. I realize now that Fleetwood quality control and customer service had dropped to a very low point. I was expecting a letter or phone call asking about my satisfaction with this new mobile home. There was neither. I feel Fleetwood does not care what the customer thinks. I would not buy another Fleetwood or recommend one to family or friends.
