I had an appointment on 06/09/2015 at 5:20pm: I arrived a little early to fill out paperwork. Between 5:20pm and 6:00pm four individuals walked into the office and got in to see the dentist within minutes. I asked the front desk at 6:00pm why I had not been seen yet. They totally forgot about me and blamed it on one of their earlier patients! Not only did I not get seen by the dentist that night, but now the office manager, Randy, says I can't be seen until July 9th. No thank you, I'll go somewhere else that values their customers.

I really like the whole staff at Choice One Dental Care . Dr Salter is very personable, and efficient. They are very professional and just a pleasure to be around. Going to the Denist is not my favorite thing to do, however Dr Salter makes it easy ! Thanks to your whole staff !
