Wouldn't know how the ride was. I tried to schedule a cab and they insisted I called at the time of, which is very bad for time sensitive appointments, since a call in is given little urgency to a cab company—I remember calling a cab when I needed it, and waiting 90 minutes for it to show up, so needless to say, that isn't an option.

New here but by far they have provided excellent services!!! They get you where you're going and back in a timely manner.

They get me where I need to be quick. Some are very friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Some of the cars don't look like much but I don't care as long as I get to where I need to be. They wait for you and some don't charge for wait time. That's great service.

The can driver number 11 was rude..smelled awful..he drove me around an hour picking up other passengers claming they were scheduled before me...he stopped at Jr good mart on whitesville road purchased a 16 oz beer while I was in store and drank it while driving...

Not very friendly for being a 'friendly cab'. Very rude over the phone.

Awful. Some vehicles are unmarked, unclean. Drivers often bring friends and family members. Last lady that picked me up had her boyfriend and baby in van. Baby cried the whole way.
