First off, do not get a mortgage thru a bank. Debra was the "loan" officer assigned. She was not helpful at all and seemed that she really discriminated against people who are hard working people. All she kept saying is that the bank wanted "more" income. What are you suppose to do? This company was not very helpful in obtaining a mortgage. Go to a Credit Union to get a mortgage.
