My husband and I bought a $2000 Stearns & Foster King size mattress from Mattress Firm in January 2015. After sleeping on the mattress for few months, we noticed sagging and a noticeable hump in the center of mattress! Our backs and hips were aching every morning and we were tired and grumpy. We started a claim with Mattress Firm and they issued us a credit but it wasn't for the full amount that we paid. This is our second mattress from that store since January 2015. We want our money back and they say they do NOT issue refunds after 100 days. I don't think they will issue a refund period! Some of my stitching is pulling apart. Go somewhere else to buy your mattress. The refund letter have all these stipulations. If we get another mattress from them we will have to come out of our pocket several hundred dollars because they didn't give us a FULL refund! The corporate office sucks!!
