Love this company usually on time and very very friendly. As a matter of fact I am starting work with them next week as a dispatcher so if you have any dispatcher problems I will be there to help you. Can't tell you how excited I am to be with this company

They were very promising, for about 2 weeks. They are never on time, I've waited two hours for a taxi multiple time. I'm almost always late to work. When they pick you and you tell them you need to there fast, they will still pick up and drop off at least two people before you. The dispatchers are rude and nobody really cares if you get where you need to be or not.

Started out promising. Now it is completely unreliable. Better to walk. No one tells the truth,complete incompetence from all angles of approach. Avoid using.

What has happened to Radio Cab? When they first started up they were a welcome change to the other taxi companies. However the wait time has become excessive (almost two hours) and the taxis have actually broken down with me trying to get home. I have been a good customer but if a better option opens up I am taking it.

Amazing place. Love the taxis and the shuttle. The ppl are respectful, kind, and profissinal. Highly recomed

They couldn't even find my address. Made me miss a appointment and made me go without medication for about two extra months. F-

They are never on time. Not even when you schedule a pick up time. They are very unprofessional, rude, and lie to you when you have to call them back to ask about your ride. Friendly Cab has way better service.

5.35 per person inside city limits. Cash only.
