to Start of these people were so rude, when my driver was taking about the price and why it was so expensive to go 6 miles their guy told him he was going to kick him out of the vehicle. I asked the lady if I would have got towed across the street would the price have changed, and she said no we do not charge by the mile. I've never heard of such. so that was the 2nd red flag. So once we got ready to pay they told us cash only. so I asked the receptionist my insurance just paid you guys a 100 dollars over the phone with a credit card, so how do you not take cards. after I caught her in her life she then said ''O yea we can't take no more then $100 with card". 3rd red flag.

Then I asked can we just pay you 4 times for 100 because our remaining balance is 400 because the outrageous tow bill was 500 to go 8 miles.

After I asked her that she then said we will have to charge you 440. 4th read flag
she told me the charge her to run credit. first of all there are no credit card processing companies that charge nowhere near $1 even to run those transactions.
These people are rude and werent professional at all I would definitely stay away from them because they are just money hungry. It seems like they are trashy and don't have any money and are waiting to rip people off.
