I totally agree with the two other reviews. My friend lives here, and as much as she loves the apartment itself, the staff is THE WORST. Not only that, but the quality of people living there has declined. She had to call the cops, and not only that but 911 had to call my friend back because they didnt know how to get in the gate. They didnt have the code. I fear for my friends safety after that. The stories she tells goes hand in hand with the other two reviews. There are a few other families living there she is close with now, and they all have the same complaints, but fear talking to the manager because of her rude behaivors. She is never there on time, so dont expect to show up at 10-1030 when she should be. She is probably out riding in her lexus, carrying her designer bags and eating out. It is also ridiculous that there is a problem with parking. It is not fair that tenants have to park in the visitor spots, this was just not built the appropriate way, not enough spots for the amount of apartments. AND things are falling apart! apparently her neighbors ceiling fan has fallen out onto the middle of the floor! When they approached them about it, they said it wasnt the first time!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! and especially dont even bother talking the lazy, over paid, rude, woman in charge.

If you are young, white and/or female don't even apply. Yeah I said it. They're racist. This place is not worth your time. The apartments themselves are nice.. The staff is awful. The lady at the desk is the worst of all. She speaks to you like you're scum on her shoe. Also, they can "inspect" your home whenever they want whether you're there or not and tell you basically how to live. It's like the HOA but inside your home. The most unprofessional place I've ever lived. The other reviews on here explain it perfectly

This is a really great property as far as comfort level of the apartment. It does offer one of the nicest units in town. I was one of the first tenants here and I must say the quality of the occupants has declined. I have noticed the prices have been lowered since I moved in and I believe this has brought in a different class of tenants. The property is beautiful but, when loud music wakes you at night and early morning, yelling in the parking lot and such, you have to wonder what type of selection process is occuring. I know some of this is just apart of apartment living but, there is a level of respect people should have for others especially when you are in close quarters. There is no security on duty here in the evening and I think that has a lot to do with it as well. I will say many of the people driving through do not actually live here. The community is gated so these folks are friends of the tenants. That does not say much for the people who live here.

I was very displeased. The property is beautiful, but the propertys manager is very tacky, rude, and tasteless. My initial encounter with the property manager was via phone. Her telephone etiquette was very much in tact, but after meeting her, it was much of the contray. My assumption is that after she witnessed I was a young female, she became uneased at doing business with me. With no hesitation did she fail to collect my $30 dollar application fee, but has not follwed up since. I called her to check the status and her reponse was "according to my records, i'm showing you were evicted from your last place of residence". I guess she thought i was an uneducated fool because not only did I offer to bring her a copy of my credit report, but also prompted her to call my previous landlord to verify my standing. Of course, i still haven't heard from her and according to all three of my references, she never even called them. I recommend no one to propety. What a waste of my time and money.
