I brought my 2000 Toyota tacoma pick up truck to Be Wise for a oil change and

NY state inspection. They said the only problem they found was a bulb that was out.

They fixed that and it passed their inspection. The next day I drove it to South Carolina.

After I got there I just happened to look at the left rear wheel and saw that the frame

where the rear spring is was rotted through . I took it to Toyota here for them to look at and they said they would not let me take my truck out because it was too dangerous to drive. I told them I just had it inspected and drove it from N.Y. The service mgr. told me I could have been killed .They asked me just what kind of inspection did I get and if they knew

what they were doing. How could a truck that dangerous to drive pass any inspection?.

I called Be Wise and told them and asked if the owner would call me. He never did.

I know a lot of people that go there and I'm telling them about this and to spread it to as many people as possible

I have been using the Lagrange Be Wise for years.

And I can't believe the owner couldn't even bother to call me

When they put my life in jeopardy.
