Founded in 2001, our primary focus is User Experience and Interaction Design' disciplines that are based upon goal-oriented design principles and a thorough understanding of user, business and technical needs. We design for the total user experience' beginning with a thorough analysis of the needs of different users and then addressing those needs throughout all phases of development. We offer our clients complete User Experience Design that spans internet, intranet and extranet application development and includes the supportive services that ensure a successful rollout such as user adoption campaigns and training. We have extensive experience working with member-based organizations, non-profits, public sector and Fortune 500 clients. Our approach is technology "agnostic"' our recommendations are based purely on identified business needs, not on one specific product or platform. We utilize a collaborative approach to all projects' integrating with existing cultures and bringing our expertise to play to strengthen our clients' existing teams.
