The chef Laurant is a complete joke. He is a pervert with a wife, an old school chef that can't teach you anything that you couldn't learn from a book or cooking shows and as far as being a teacher he is the worst. We all now know why he does'nt own his own restaurant. No one in there right mind would work for him. He is too busy chasing the blonde women in the class to actually teach a class. He will humiliate you because of his Napolean syndrome and tell you as an american you will never get the art of cooking because only the French get it right. By the way he is French. I actually had to pay the full price to go to the CIA to get an actual education in culinary arts and get a real job that I was qualified for. He teaches off his mistakes as a chef not his accomplishments because he has none. I would not be surprised if he has been sued for sexual harrassent. He is a distgusting pervert touching and making rude comments to any cute girl he sees or teaches what a waste of time and money. Don't even think about it, this school sucks.
