So rude of them they leave the customers hanging you buy a warranty, they go out of business they say if you don't use your warranty money back guarantee you get it all back at the end when you pay off your car, but I paid off my car can't find them what's a person supposed to do?. I will never ever buy another Mazda again and I stress anybody that buys a Mazda be careful of their warranty, I think the Mazda company should be responsible for the warranties and pay their customers that didn't use their warranty money back guarantee..

I brought my brand new CX-9 (purchased somewhere else by mistake) into phillips Mazda for my oil change and some noise I was hearing. Jeremy the service guy was the best, he listened and they finished my car in a short time. I have been to several service stations and Phillips Mazda is by far the best. I plan on purchasing my next Mazda from there.
