The review from ReginaL is nothing like I've experienced on many occasions. It has always been quiet and peaceful; always! I have also stayed up to 3 and a half hours with no problem and could stay longer if I had the time. I enjoy the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, shower, and makeup/ hair drying and styling room. No one has ever bothered me when I've enjoyed lots of water and cups of mint or chamomile tea,before and after massages and facials. They also have soft mints to enjoy and magazines with comfortable chairs and ottomans. Excellent spa!

I recently joined Total Woman for its gym and exercise classes. This is a BEAUTIFUL place with excellent machines, instructors, separate exercise classrooms upstairs, huge clean spa area and friendly staff. They have month to month membership as well as yearly ones and no hard sell to join. I love my personal trainer Andrea who has 15 years experience. I highly recommend this place!
