David Ward is an Enrolled Agent with over 20 years of experience who specializes in helping taxpayers resolve their tax problems with the IRS and FTB. Mr. Ward helps his clients to have peace of mind. He is experienced with offers-in-compromises, wage garnishment releases, and in helping clients to make affordable payment arrangements. He is very skilled at preparing prior year tax returns. Often he is able to obtain missing W-2 and 1099 information from the IRS for clients who have lost or misplaced their tax information. Mr. Ward can help remove your anxieties about your tax problems to enable you to sleep better at night.

Mr. Ward obtained a degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Emphasis from California Sate University, Fullerton. Before starting his own practice in 1998, Mr. Ward worked for various practices preparing taxes and representing clients with tax problems.

Kimberly Ward is in-charge of the corporate and accounting needs of clients. She provides accounting, tax, and consulting services to various businesses. Kimberly has extensive experience in planning and implementing the various accounting systems and software that make a company successful. She assists the companies in selection and set-up of computer software, trains bookkeepers and controllers, and provides controller services.

Before starting her career at Ward Tax & Accounting, Corp., Kimberly obtained a B.S. degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. She then went on to obtain her CPA license. Her accounting career as a CPA has been for both private and public firms. She has continued her education by taking a broad range of courses since that time, in taxes, estate planning, and accounting. Current Activities
