I was an employee at Club Detox for almost a year. Lenka is not a doctor but she knows how to fool people into getting their money. It is very unsanitary: the cushions inside the saunas were rarely replaced, the bottles are washed in dirty water because Lenka wants to "save water". The wood in the saunas is cleaned with a vinegar and water spray with a rag that is thrown in a washer with not nearly as hot of water as there needs to be. Seriously DO NOT GO HERE, there are way better detox programs in Orange County that are not as overpriced.

I purchased a special from Amazon Local for 8 infrared sauna sessions. I went once a week, and after the 5th session received a call telling me the promo had to be used within one month, and I would now have to pay full price for a sauna session. I reviewed the terms as posted on the voucher and there was no mention of a time limitation; they insisted it was there I just couldnt find it! Well, Amazon reviewed the terms as provided to them, found there was no time restriction on the promo, and promptly provided a full refund.

I enjoyed the sauna sessions and touted them to my tennis friends. But when you find out a business is deceptive, dishonest and totally lacking in customer service, it doesnt matter how good the product is. Found a better place in Dana Point for the saunas, and they stand by both their word and their product.

Buyer beware! My wife signed up for the plan but never used it very much. When I stopped by to discuss cancelling the account with Rod over spoke and explained that we weren’t being charged (which was completely incorrect) - I assumed my wife had cancelled. Two months later when I noticed the charges on our account I brought the issue to them to resolve respectfully. I got nothing but a defensive owner Lanka and a harsh explanation of the binding contract. Even though we far exceeded the 3 month commitment period they were unwilling to refund even 1 month of fee for a service we only used 4 times. My wife is very sick and they showed no compassion for our situation. Rod loves to chant that he helps people but when things got a little out of the norm for them, I found out exactly who I was dealing with. If they would have made this right, my wife would easily return for service once her health improves, but not now and not ever. Completely disappointed with the treatment we received. Offering store credit for a service we'll never use is pointless!



Bad business owner and employees. Horrible experience

Club Detox has been an eye opener around how you can improve your health. I am just in the middle of the 21 day detox plan and I'm feeling better each day. The juice program and recipes are really good. Lenka was flexible and helped create a custom plan for me since I had to fit it in around my work travel.



When Lenka was sharing the program with me she asked me a question; Would I wait 30 - 50 years to take my car in for a tune up? Then why wouldn't your body need a tune up every year too? That made sense to me. I highly recommend Club Detox.
