Have to say I've had very positive experiences with the optical department here. My prescription is complex and they have been very helpful and kind.

Optical dept at this location is very bad. The people who work at this Costco optical are extremely rude and incompetent. Why didn't costco train their worker how to do service.

Costco always has the BEST offerings - even carrying a ln extensive vegan selection of food!

In the numerous times I have used them the photo department have been completely inept. They never get the complete order, mix in other people's pictures, cut pictures incorrectly, give you a hassle before they give you the unconditional refund. Last time she charged me for 33 prints instead of 3, I had to sign for the charge and then wait in the refund line, then wait again while they phoned the photography dept. When I finally opened my prints I had someone else pictures, I went back into the photo dept. the guy shrugged his shoulders and said to just leave them on the counter. (no big deal, its just someone's pictures) Each time they make a mistake (which is every visit) they blame it on new people, but the same people are working there. They all have big attitudes, look mad, throw stuff to you, never say hello, goodbye, or thank you. Probably the worst service I have got anywhere in my life. Prices are good, but, that is the ONLY thing good.

I have really bad insurance coverage and they are the best prices I have found.
