Provided by YP.comI am very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I rented an insurance claim vehicle from them. They included "collision coverage" which I already had from my own policy. I feel I was up-sold this coverage without fully understanding I was already covered. Would not recommend this location.

Provided by YP.comI have rented several cars in the past year from this location and I have found the service to be exceptional. I am grateful this location is close to my home and office. Every staff member is professional, courteous and efficient. They go out of their way to make the customer experience a good one. I highly recommend renting from here.

Provided by YP.comI love this location, friendly staff, always first class service, quick check-in process especially if you have a reservation.They have a good inventory of cars to choose from & I usually get a really nice car, but this particular time I got a 2015 Chevy Camero Convertible & it was horrible...uncomfortable ride,the convertible top kept getting stuck, there was lots of rickety sounds while being driven & the tire pressure light would not go off even after I filled the tires with air. Total disappointment especially since I used my reward points to rent the vehicle. I had a balance of $6.00 which the agent waived but honestly I would have loved to get some of my points back. I guess you win some & you loose some.

Provided by YP.comAbsolutely horrible experience from start to finish. And it's not Enterprise in general, it's this branch. After the terrible customer service I spoke with the Branch Manager, Zach Frauhiger and he was of absolutely no help as well. I had to use Enterprise because my insurance company Geico made the reservation there. Instead of charging my insurance company, they charged me. My $150 "hold" on my credit card became a "charge". Here we are 5 days later and no refund. Zach said basically nothing he can do about it, it's a corporate thing. He has no control he says, it can take a week or so, he doesn't really know. He also said it's up to my bank (as if Wells Fargo is going to hold up money coming in). I told him it's unacceptable not to know but he didn't care, actually said " what do you want me to do, go to the bank and take it out of my account?" Also when I said this isn't a good reflection of the company he said "we'll still have customers coming through the door everyday".

Provided by YP.comI rent cars every 2-3 weeks to go back and forth between ca and Nevada and this use to be my favorite enterprise but has been going down hill over the last couple of years.
Lately i have had cars that either have service lights on or had to wait because the car I rented was not available at the agreed upon time. I have also found toys, sandals, sunglasses and other miscellaneous items in the cars because they are not being thoroughly cleaned. On my last visit the associate was very pushy to the point of condescending because I did not want to pay for there overpriced insurance. It's very disappointing to see how far this location has fallen
