I had a few simple computer questions about my home computer and they were able to tell me right over the phone what the problem was and how I could fix it and they even recommened a few things that I should do to make my computer run more efficently, a good company.

I happen to call PC phixer on the phone because they are very close to where I live nd after we talked I had a pleasent feeling about the work the tech guy had did for me. he had done a great job,in a timely fashion,very through-made sure everything was correct and for a great low price. They are a must have.

I had a laptop that needed some basic cleaning from bugs and pop-ups. I called PC Phixer and had them come out despite the unprofessional way the phone was answered because of the cheap price. This is 1 man show and the tech looked like he had been in a fight and smelled of cigarettes. I was not comfortable and on top of it all my computer still had the same problems minutes after he left. I didn’t call PC Phixer back and got someone else instead.
