3 crowns , 3 years, all three broke, one split in half, new dentist said they cut too much, new dentist never seen such junk in his life.

Rancho Niguel tried to push a deep cleaning procedure on me. They told me it wasn't covered by my (very good) insurance. I didn't have a good feeling about them, so went back to my old dentist. He confirmed that I did not need the procedure; furthermore, my insurance would cover it if xrays were sent to document the need. He told me this is kind of a scam.



If you're looking for a dentist, keep looking.

Very sorry I ever went there, even for cleaning. Had teeth cleaned " half at first" went back for second half ( they break you teeth up into 4 quarters to charge more ) after second half girl asked when was I coming in for first half.. LOL second girl couldn't even tell my first half was done. I had 2 crowns put on, both broke little after a year. Made the under teeth worse, left space under the caps. I really hate this place. Top it all off they don't answer the phone, I had to go over there to get someone, I stood there and watched the phones ringing and ringing and no one picking them up.. pain full
