Bad service. You call in to talk to a pharmacist and its "pharmacy, Hold" very rude, unprofessional, Laguna Niguel Walmart pharmacy

My husband and I were looking for a simple cell phone for him to use for phone calls only - no bells and whistles. the sales associate in the electronics department we dealt with was named Shirley. She is a GEM. Walmart is very lucky to have her. Patient, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. She sold us the best phone for us and set it up for us too. We will be back and will tell others. Thanks so much Shirley!
