This was the first time I had used this company. Not only did the service man arrive 2 hours early,he took care to cover his shoes ,since it was raining here ,also the office staff were very helpful and friendly. I had other people out to fix my dishwasher,this man was the ONLY 1 who ever ran a diagnosis test and did not leave until it was working properly! I highly recommend this company for all your repair service needs!

I would give negative stars if I could. I called Gershey because the "house call" was less than the competitor. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He then left to the "shop" to see if he had the part. He promised a call back and if they had the part and if so the job would be finished today. I did not get a call back. I called them at the end of their day to learn they had the part, but I would have to take another day off of work for them to install it. Had I not think they were coming back same day as promised, I would have returned to work. When I expressed my displeasure at having to take another day off of work, the rude employee on the other end of the phone told me my expatiations were not realistic. I was naive to think thought they could have it fixed same day. Now I was not rude to her, there was no reason for her to get so combative with me. I was just telling her what expectations her employee had set with me when he left…but this was only the start of my dissatisfaction.







My second let down came from being billed an amount that was double what the part was selling for online. Their inflated cost is how they offset the ability to charge less than the competitors for their house call. I would gladly supply a copy of my receipt for anyone who would like to research that one for themselves. My story does not end there. The dissatisfaction continues.







Fast forward 6 months , I am not writing this review. Why wait you ask? Well now I have another repairman at my house replacing the defective part Gershey installed. Apparently they only warranty their parts for 90 days! Do yourself a favor’ please consider my experience before you consider hiring them.

Terrible service, this guy shows up supposed to have my new ice maker that frigidaire is supposed to be paying for and he doesn't they already cancelled one appointment does not give me any type of warning other that 15 minutes before he shows up, looks at my broken ice maker and proceeds to tell me he is going to order my part and he tells me that I owe him 95 dollars for nothing he didn't even fix the damn ice maker .... Scam artists

Two other repair companies told us there was no problem with our 6 month old LG washer. Justin found the problem in minutes. A 40 pound counter weight had fallen off its mounting. He fixed the problem quickly and the machine once again works fine. We could have saved five weeks of aggravation if we had called them first.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. If you have a repair, call them first. They are tops on my book
