Extremely helpful & kind customer service. I called Treetime with an issue with my tree and in 5 minutes the kind lady I was speaking with figured out my very simply problem, advised what to do, and my tree was working again within 10 minutes. Just a bad bulb that I did not notice. I really appreciate the patience she had with me as I can be a bit brash.

Amazing quality and selection for Christmas everything! I came here with my two sisters after lunch at the Onion pug nearby. The amount of artificial Christmas trees in one place is crazy. I was able to shop for ornaments right off of the trees and they actually have a choice of many unique items I haven't seen before.

Very nice staff and a fun place. I ended up with the 7.5' Forest Sierra pre lit Christmas tree with the clear lights. Just wonderful and everyone complimented it.

Such a beautiful store. Cool themed areas, decorating classes, amazing assortment of products - kitchen accessories, candles, 100's of styles of ornaments, knick knacks, even Halloween & Thanksgiving stuff! Trees are unique & very pretty. Wreaths, garlands & ways to store everything! They even serve cookies, hot chocolate & coffee! A must go to! Their employees & phone reps are helpful & courteous.

Worst. Trees are three times what they should cost. Drove 120 miles round trip, got a tree, brought it home and it did not have the top (in a sealed box) I called and asked if I can ship it back since I can't drive back up there. They said I could but they won't pay for shipping, cuz I bought it in the showroom. It is not my fault that the tree is not complete. Great customer service huh?! So now I have to ship it back at my cost, maybe $35 or more and they won't pay for that. Great place huh? Check your tree before you leave. What a ripoff. This place is not as special as they make it sound. Save your time and money and go to a big box. No different from any of the big tree sellers. The ladies on the floor were nice, but customer service is bad. I asked for a manager but there is none there on the weekend. They offered to ship the top to me, but I have company coming now, I dont' want to put the tree together while they are here.

Beautiful showroom with so many things to choose from! Ornaments, towels, knick-knacks - ETC!!! Their forest of trees is AMAZING! We bought their 9 Natural Tiffany fir tree, and it's absolutely stunning - all our friends & family think it's a real tree. Awesome service and very friendly representatives. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone!

I would definitely go to this place and look around. Great place to get you in the Christmas spirit. I just wouldn't buy anything from them. I made the mistake of buying a couple of pieces of yard art from them AS-IS. They were in great AS-IS condition on the display floor. The people that work the loading dock completely trashed them when jamming them into the boxes. Wires completely ripped out, bent metal. AS-IS - so I'm out of luck.

I bought my tree here after having a horrible experience with (you guessed it) the company that used to be there. This place is fantastic now. I've been coming to this Christmas tree showroom for about 4 years now and its never been so well done. The staff is very friendly and I love my new artificial Christmas tree! I traded my old crappy Tree Classics one in for a discount. lol :)



P.S. - I ended up getting the Forest Sierra fir because it was very real looking and had a different kind of mini light than what I was used to seeing. Good stuff! Its on their site, too, but I found it right when you walk into their tree area and I think it was next to the Highland Fir.

Just wow! I love this place for some amazingly unique stuff. Treetime has a huge warehouse of artificial Christmas trees and its heaps better than what it used to be in previous seasons. I was there this week and its not just some boring shop this place is decorated to the brim like Michigan avenue styling. Its just gorgeous! I found ornaments and the cutest animated bubble lights. Really cool retro stuff and bought a new prelit Christmas tree also.



The site is what turned me on to the company actually, really cool pics and selection. I was shopping there first at www.treetime.com when I realized they were local and in the same place that classic tree used to be at. Definitely recommend this place as you won't find anything quite like it anywhere.
