Provided by YP.comI started going to Joy the owner over a year ago so I would trust the person who would do my hair for my upcoming wedding . At first she did a great job with cut and color but she was always very late and pre-occupied. Then it wasnt good every time. Finally she got the cut down and other then always being late the cuts were good. As my wedding approached she decided to go to Europe on vacation. She assured me she would be back. She called me 2 weeks before my 1 year old appt. and said she cant make it!!!!! Leaving me to scramble for another hairdresser!!! Very rude, very unfogivable to do to a bride before her biggest day!!!! Joy can cut but cannot be depended on and will flat out lie to your face!
Thank you for your generous words. Just today I read your review. If there was an issue with me, why would you continue to visit the salon? I tried my best to accommodate you and your needs, even with the numerous date changes, at least 5 different dates for your wedding.If you believe in God you would understand that I was in the hospital with my daughter for 1 month unexpectedly and called you 3 weeks before your wedding date with a solution and recommended 1 of my top stylists and a complimentary service that was valued at $250.00.
