We worked briefly with Medasyst to process credit card payments through a plug-in in QuickBooks. The plug-in had multiple issues as if not yet fully developed, and although the company did address each issue, it was always with the attitude that the problems were our own fault because the software "worked flawlessly everywhere else." We were also told that some of the bugs were simply due to the fact that we were using Windows 7 (instead of an earlier version of Windows) and that no fix was planned. Customer service was present and active, but neither friendly nor productive. We terminated our contract, uninstalled the software, and do not recommend this company.
