I did, in another post. I couldn't remember if I had rated this facility. The receptionist who called the patients' names out for testing referred to me twice by another patient's name. I corrected her and she said, 'Oh sorry'.

You can forget about getting a different prescription called out if you have an allergic reaction.They would rather extort money from you and make you pay for another visit.
