Rehabilitation Lake Charles Memorial Hospital Team Therapy and Rehabilitation is focused on providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy services for individuals suffering from a variety of physical and neurological conditions in southwest Louisiana. We use a one-on-one approach with our patients to deliver high-quality care in both assessment and treatment. We are continuously exploring new methods within our specialties to ensure our patients' timely progress. A successful recovery, whether from an injury or medical condition, is sometimes dependent on the quality of rehabilitative care. Scope of Services Provided The intensity of care you receive will be individualized based upon your medical and rehabilitation pre-admission assessment. The Team Therapy Inpatient Rehabilitation Center's primary service area encompasses but not limited to a five parish area in Louisiana including: Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron and Jeff Davis Parishes. Team Therapy will provide the following inpatient services listed below to the pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric population who require more than one of the following services:

• Rehabilitation Nursing
• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech-Language Therapy
• Social Work Services
• Therapeutic Recreation
• Neuropsychology
