Mustard seed is a good company and is owned by very respectful people, I called on them three times for my mother appointment. and when the driver picked her up, he did tell her that day she may have to wait a lil while longer to be picked up. Beside that the other times were on time. Nothing is perfect but they are very professional and Great Business people, it is very low class to comment about where they are from, because that should not manner. keep up the great word Mustard Seed, will contiue Business when neede. Thank you for being there for my mother.

Mustardseed Transportation is not a baby sitting means of transportation whereby a mom can bring along with her extra kids and these kids are not covered by insurance. We don't intend to bear the insurance liability.I will advise you make genuine complains..

On the other hand,every patient can be picked up two hour earlier before the appointment time and two hours later after the patient notify us the he/she is done.That's the States standard rule. We serve the entire Calcasieu and nearby Parishes.We will always continue to do our best.

I have used Mustardseed several times.This is what I have seen, if your going to New Orleans,Baton Rouge, are another far distance they show up on time and get you their on time. If you have a appointment locally you might as well plan on being late and waiting for a ridiculous amount of time to be picked up. They overbook and the drivers them-self have told me that the long distant trips is their top priority.They get paid by the mileage so makes since to me.I don't think their rude or maybe they don't mean to be the owners are foreign and don't communicate well. To the customers and drivers.

I had a apointment at 4:30pm and the driver never even showed up at all. I had to call for a reminder but still the driver never showed up. What poor service that mustardseed has. I would not recomend this company to no one.

These people are rude, unorganized, late. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. My son was always late to his appointments. You would think immigrents to this country would be grateful and act like the Christians they claim to be but they don't. Do not use them unless you want to be an hour late to your appointments.
