I had to file bankruptcy and it seemed every lawyer I talked to had me thinking how impossible life was going to be for 7 years or more and all the trouble I would be in if I forget to disclose something and to top it off the money they wanted to “help me” was unattainable. I mean, I was there because I didn’t have money. How was I going to give them some to go bankrupt, unreal huh?
After meeting Mr. Nichols and his staff I felt so relieved. Unlike other places I went, I was made to feel comfortable. I didn’t feel worthless or like I was trying to get away with something unethical or illegal. He listened to me and gave me advice that a person would give to a friend or relative. He understood I was there because of financial difficulties and took that into consideration when he discussed fees. When people ask me if I know a lawyer, I am glad I tell them yes, Ted Nichols.
