I absolutely must give Dr.Roy and his one woman staff/Nurse, Tamika a 5 Star Review!!! I have never had such amazing healthcare, professionalism & compassion from a Physician and Nurse in all my life. I have never had to wait in the waiting room or even exam room for more than 10 minutes ever! And am usually brought right back the majority of the time. Dr. Roy will take the time to explain things to me in a way a regular person can understand if I request so but will also get me in and out of appt. fast if my schedule requires. And of course, his amazing Nurse/and only Staff member Tamika is one in a million. She always remembers your face a Name, even when you call over the phone. Tamika is a warm, caring, compassionate person who always treats their patients with respect & cares greatly about a patients privacy. This is huge on my list! Some may think Dr. Roy is a tough doctor. And they are right, he is! And that's what I love about him. If you want just any doctor to simply write you prescriptions for whatever you ask for, then keep on moving, because Dr. Roy is NOT the doctor for you! Thank God! Dr. Roy takes his job very seriously and will be there for his legit patients always but he will not put up with nonsense. And this is why I respect The Neil Clinic, Dr.Roy and Tamika.
