I didn't want to have to join or even give this location a ����,but since it was required..So i filled out a form to order my keys for my new address..patiently waited on those keys which i really need!I was told oh you're district is on lake street ,but here is a form you can fill out and you can pick up you're keys on lake.Now it's time to pick up my keys on lake..That man told me "I can assure you, they did Not send it"He wasn't even gonna go check because he just knew ,but he did,and he was right!Thanks for nothing!So unprofessional..meanwhile i called yall from 330 to 5 and y'all asses didn't pick that phone up.Cause i wanted to personally talk with someone.So very disappointed,cause this is my own ppl.Get that it together..Like i said,the other post office know yall messing up.I'm so very disappointed! Either they gon shut it down or get rid of the mfs who aint doing their job properly..my hope is that y'all get it togetherThe people on that district needs a post office.

friend mailed me a quilt she made for my baby 10 days ago from here and its never moved according to tracking. . .was to have it in 3 days. . ..they don't answer the phone and won't respond to my postmasters e-mails. . . . .. i couldn't be sadder :(

Too bad I can't give it negative stars. Expecting pkg. Tracking says "Business Closed". Hello, this is a residence. USPS either did not want to be bothered to deliver the day after a holiday or not enough people to perform duties.

this post office is horrible! My mail gets delivered to my neighbors at least once a month! No one answers the phone when you call. I had 2 packages delived to the wrong house along with a gift card that was supposed to be delivered to my son for his birthday. My mail carrier has no business being employed there!
