Frustrating on all levels. My machine has been problematic and reaching out to First Class Medical for help as well as Philips respironics has been nothing short of a disappointment. My machine has been down twice in less than 2 months and it wasn't even a year old with very little hours only 433. Long story short, any and all financial excess burden that falls on you for a non working machine, don't expect any help from this company. Clearly, its more about money than it is about customer service. They cant even find time to call and communicate with you. One of the absolute worst businesses I have ever encountered. However, McKayla was one person who made an effort to be extremely helpful and I very much appreciated her help. Warranty means nothing when it comes to your life and you need to breath and your machine stops working.
