Provided by YP.comIt's always a hassle trying to find a new TV & internet provider, but the guys at 21st Century Communications made it so easy for me! I was pretty upset and fed up with my last provider and was nervous about getting the run around again, but these guys explained everything to me in detail. Not only that, but they went over EXACTLY how much my monthly bill would be, and I've NEVER seen any hidden charges appear (which was why I switched from my old provider in the first place). Over-the-top customer service every time I deal with them, and pleasant, professional staff. Would recommend this company to anyone!

Provided by YP.comIn 20 years of dealing with cable and satellite companies (moved 8 times) I have never encountered a better or more pleasant service than the one provided by Tim and his crew. Not only they offer a great product but they explain all the options (in person, not over the phone), they help you choose what you need, explain the pricing clearly (no surprises) and how to use the equipment. They get back to you quickly when you call with questions and pay a visit if you need help operating the equipment. Thumbs up for this company, keep up the good work!
