Replaced the awning on our class B camper after wind tore it off. Took them an eternity to get a new one, then they installed it without caulking or sealing between the awning and the roof. Leaked all along the awning the first time it rained.
Had an earlier unpleasant experience with their replacement of the a/c unit.
Need to try an out of town RV service since they have no competition in Lake City.

We have found exceptional service in the service department at Camping World of Lake City !
We drive from Tallahassee, FL to Lake City for repairs on our RV.

Horrible for consignment. Rude internet sales manager!!!! Our RV was returned to us with grease soiled carpet and disgusting explosive stool in our bathroom

Ordered new steps and they came in wrong. This is my fault?? Won’t be there again when I’m blamed for them not being right

Terrible service bought a 40000 camper cash. Will not return calls and brand new 2018 camper leaks. Do not buy here

The parts Dept. At this camping world really sucks, I've tried several times to call , but the phone rings constantly off the hook, I don't know why they have phones to begin with? They can't answer any of them. If They can't take the time to pickup the phone when it's ringing off the hook, then they don't need the bussness . Save yourself the agrevation and go somewhere else. I will. All they do is play or stare at their cell phones. Boy I wish I had a job like that.
