Provided by YP.comThey arrived when they said they would and the technician was professional and knowledgable. They repaired my set in about 30 minutes and it only cost $75! I would recommend them again without hesitation. A great experience, considering I was worried I'd have to buy a new TV.

I am the technician that fixed this customer's television. This "fuse" was a thermal sensor located inside his optical engine. Normally repair would be well over an hour; however we are a manufacturer service center and have a lot of experience. All of our customers are given a diagnosis and choose to have it repaired. If they do not want to repair at that time they have six months to decide. Although the customer did not like the price, they were very happy when I left.
