I pre ordered games for Christmas and at shipping time they canceled the order. Really? Thanks for leaving a customer hanging while you kept my money all month. If you couldn’t satisfy the order why did you take it? Now I have to look elsewhere at last minute. Oh and they refuse to answer their phone.
